What do you mean by that?

The surface grade I dont think would be very good. So if its less than 8.5 then there is no possible way the card can gem even everything else is perfect. See the lines around his head, those are just xfractor lines

I own like 200 Xfractors, and those ARE NOT Xfractor lines. Scans coming to back this up.

The ones circled in thin red line ARE NOT Xfractor lines, and appear on ALL Xfractors, except older ones like 2003s and such. The lines circled in blue ARE Xfractor lines and WILL decrese surface grades. XFRACTOR LINES RUN ONLY UP AND DOWN OR LEFT TO RIGHT. THEY DO NOT RUN DIAGONALLY.
You will know if you have an Xfractor line on your card. I promise bro. They are much thicker than regular lines, and have an increased silvery shiny effect to them. The card on the right in the above scan has a minor Xfractor line running up it, and the one on the left has a MAJOR one running left to right, and a mid-major one running down it.
