Can't wait. Exciting to finally see him play. Hopefully he'll get the start today. As for why not wait? I assume you say wait until June 1st due to service time ... I'm guessing he won't be up all season, but more until Ackley get's his stuff together (as I assume he will be sent down to join Montero for a bit).

Franklin will be up for his career then.

@spcollector is probably thrilled.

I'm going to go out on a limb and say Franklin is going to stay for the entire season, Triuenfl has had a great season but has not been able to put anything together at the major league level.

Sell sell sell

I picked him up in one of my fantasy leagues on Tuesday

Unfortunately, having sold a year or so ago, I actually did the exact opposite today and bought a 9.5 Chrome (with awesomeness subgrades) from COMC for $45.

YES...I was pumped to see him get the call! Did sell of the Red Refractor Auto the day he was called up (to help fund my Bundy & Machado collection), so I did not get to cash in on his 2 HRs yesterday. But I think that he has a very solid career ahead of him, definitely will be rooting for him. I have found it more fun collecting players you can watch everyday (for me the O's) then guys you just get to check box scores and see the occasional ESPN highlights, so it was time to sell Nick!!!

Franklin's got a sweet swing from the left side. He also helped turn a nice, inning-ending double play to get Felix out of a jam. He's fun to watch and should get an extended look up at the Show. A Morales-Franklin-Miller-Seager infield would be a significant offensive upgrade over the Mariners' previous incumbents.
