Here is an OBVIOUS case of it:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vi ... 0415439960

The winning bidder, with 0 feedback, wins multiple auctions by seller. The winning bidder has 100% bidding history with this seller, and, despite winning items, has no feedback (which he would if he were a deadbeat payer).

Oh, and the items he wins are INSTANTLY relisted by the seller.

Report if you feel the need to. I did... simply because he is so blatant about it.

one problem is is that the seller is fairly new and doesnt realize he is gonna get bagged and kicked off soon. ebay used to be real good about these obvious shills, but they arent as good anymore, but i still think this guys days are numbered.
Not sure why he would shill that, anywhere around 40 for that card woul dhave been fine with me.

The bottom line is ebay doesn't care about shill bidding. That is part of the reason they have made it harder for us to determine when shill bidding is happening. As long as the seller keeps relisting, ebay will make money and that is all they care about.

gee, i hope you are wrong. 5-6 years ago they were always booting people for it, they must not want it happening.
but i guess if kevin burge is still selling, this guy probably will be also.

Bingo. They don't care about how the fees get there, they just care about getting them.
