It's amazing that every mock draft I've read from the big national guys all have Rendon going #2 overall to Seattle. I don't think hes in the top 2 as of now. It's either Starling or Lindor. McNamara is in love with Lindor and Jack Z is big on Starling. I don't think hes even in the discussion to go #2 right now. Theres a chance its all a smokescreen, but whats the point of a smokescreen when you're picking #2? #2 will NOT be Rendon.

I think you were wrong about Lindor going 2, so yes.
I love Lindor's bat for a small guy, but he wasn't top 5 material IMO.

I thought Hultzen would be somewhere between 4 and 8..but from everything ive seen/read of him, i guess its not too much of a surprise he landed second.

Well I've said for a while Rendon wasnt the guy at #2 and that he would slide.

I think this is going to be one of the most unpredictable drafts in many years. I think a lot of people will be surprised by the top 5 picks and guys like Rendon falling. I could see him dropping to 5 or further.

I think he's going to fall to 7 or 8 still. Hell, he could even be there at #9 for Chicago.
