There are a lot of guys that I sent to and still haven't gotten them back.

Heyward, Moustakas, Bleich, etc. Do they guys usually sign in the offseason TTM, or do they get thrown out lol?

Unless the player takes their mail with them, anything left in the locker will get thrown out. While there's a chance you may get one or two back, the odds aren't in your favor.
