Has the wrong patch on it and it appears that Victor Tikhonov noticed the error and drew the happy face beside it. You guys think its legit?

Agreed. It almost seems a little shaky, like someone was a little hesitant to write on the card.

More than likely, yes.

However, I would stay away from this one, based on my opinion that the wrong patch makes the card hideous. Also, who is to say that some idiot didn't replace a single color patch with this one, all the while knowing the patch was coming from the wrong team.
