Off to St Louie...

...to see the Twins. Only 471 miles to our overnight stop, Hanninal MO. Going to the brewery, a few wineries and St Charles tomorrow. Then the game on Sunday and some places with good eats. Back home by Monday night. I will post pics of the game here Sunday night or Monday on the way home. Anyone else making the trip?

I get to see the Twins Sunday, then back downtown Mon and Wed for the Giants series!

On another note, whats with the Cards-Twins relationship? Seems several members here have them as their favorite teams. Am I missing something? Would have assumed the A's and Cards would have the most in common given as we swap players/coaches so often.

Holy crap it is H O T here in STL. Car temperature gauge peeked at 101! Went to Pappy's BBQ for lunch, damn good. Went to a vineyard and bought 3 cases of wine. Yes three cases. Price was to good to pass up. Hope it is cooler tomorrow otherwise it is going to be miserable in the bleachers.
