Selection Sunday! :D

Could be VERY late bubbles busted. Dayton and Penn State could bust some Bubbles, with the Penn State game ending right before the Selection Show.

Joey Brackets still has St. Mary's in, and I usually root for the "little guy", but I just don't see it.

And Duke-UNC probably is for the all-important #1 seed, Pretty cool!

My grad school alma mater, Boston University, won the America East and will get stomped like a narc at a biker rally on Thursday or Friday.

Depending on their draw, I like BU's chances to put up a very good fight. And Holland is the type of go-to scorer you need at the end of a close game...

And BYU could win 3 games with Jimmer carrying them, ala Wade @ Marquette, or go down in Flames in the 2nd round. :?

Nevermind. They got screwed and were put as a #16 seed playing Kansas in the First round. :(

But man, potential Kansas-Louisville and ND-Purdue Regional Semis. :o Very cool!

Another year, another terrible job by the Selection Committee.

I like Kansas' bracket, but that's about it. Just awful (again)...

Colorado got screwed.

My Zags are going to end Jimmer Time. However, the game vs. St. John's is an absolute toss-up in my opinion as I see St. John's athleticism being very problematic.

Very surprised C-USA got 2 teams in and the Colonial got 3.

I hope my other team (Tulsa) gets an NIT invite.

I think St. John's will struggle in their first NCAA game for the players. I like BYU's chances in that wide-open bracket.

I'm glad UAB made it too, but I don't see VCU being in. Also, I really like a bunch of teams in the top half of Pitt's bracket to make some noise.

But that means I agree with Seth Davis, which worries me...

I like Louisville's chance to make it to the Kansas game. I love the fact that UK got a 4 seed and a potential matchup with OSU.....IF they can get by WVU first!

I think BYU could handle Flordia if Jimmer plays like Jimmer.

I'm looking forward to the Dance kicking off tomorrow night. Should be a lot of fun.

As my screen name would indicate, my team is the Xavier Musketeers. I think they have a legitimate shot at making the Sweet 16 for a fourth consecutive season.

Their opening matchup against Marquette is going to be tough. Kenny Frease and Jamel McClean are going to have to step it up big time. X needs good play from their bigs in that one.

Should they beat Marquette, chances are they will play Syracuse in the round of 32. I like their chances against Syracuse. 'Cuse plays a lot of zone defense which should play to the strengths of Tu Holloway and Mark Lyons. Their dribble penetration could lead to some open buckets and lots of trips to the foul line.

I don't want to get too far ahead of myself, but I do think there is a good shot at the Sweet 16. Hopefully they get the job dne against Marquette and we'll go from there.

Well, UAB got housed in their play-in game. I wonder if Colorado and Va Tech enjoyed watching that or were too miffed...

From 2009, before Jennifer Holiday "ruined" the classic CBS video recap:
