I will be on the road to Cleveland in about 24 hours from now and am pretty excited so i figured i'd start this thread.

This thread is for those attending to post pick ups, talk about experiences, or share whatever they want to about the show. Please keep card lookout requests to the other thread.


I should be getting into town around 6pm Tuesday evening. Not sure what my plans are for Tuesday or where i'll be staying so if you're getting into town a day early let me know, i wouldnt mind hanging out. Otherwise i may hit up the casino and play a little blackjack to pass the time.

I probably wont be attending an Indians game just because its supposed to rain the whole week. I'm just hoping the weather is not too bad.

I'm leaving tomorrow around 9am and hope to be in cleveland around dinner time. My family is with me tomorrow but then they are off to Pittsburgh early in the AM. Cant wait to see some of the gang!

Well, we're getting in later in the evening so its a swim in the hotel and bed for us. Any ideas on hotel? We havent even looked yet...

i will be in Cleveland in the morning. Picking up friends at the airport early afternoon, then checking in, and heading to the show. We were planning on going to the indians game, but as you mentioned, the weathers not supposed to be so good. Not sure whats up tomorrow night, but text me if you have my number.

NSCC IS A MUST ATTEND.

if you are within a few hours drive, and have never been, try to make it if you can, its like nothing you've ever been to, cardboard wise.

my car is packed up and ill be leaving work early today. unfortunately my tire pressure light was on this morning so im hoping i dont have a nail or something. I was also in such a hurry packing this morning i left all my shorts on the couch. ugh i luckily had clothes i left out to change into after work, otherwise i would have no shorts. lol

I'm planning to leave from Columbus Saturday morning around 7AM (drive is just over 2 hours), spend the entire day at the National and then drive home that night. I haven't decided which Dunn jersey to wear but it will probably be a red Reds jersey. Shouldn't be hard too hard to miss! Will they let you bring in a satchel or book bag? What about sealed food and drink? I've heard that stuff is pricey and I'd like to save my money for the cards, if possible.

All hotel rooms in Ohio are smoke free but that doesn't stop some from doing it.

Leaving the house at 7am Fri morning, should be there 11 am ish.

All I know is the room that Nick (DMC) and I stayed in. That corpse creating nightmare of a room made us feel as though we each smoked a carton of cigarettes while breathing in fresh air supplied by the greater Gary Indiana area.

Gary, IN; the sweet smell of coke blasting in the steel mills covering the area with soot. Did you feel as if you was sleep walking in the hotel room? If so, that was the **** roaches picking you up at night and taking you for a joy ride.

Btw, never stay in Gary, IN. Stay in Merriville, Hobart or Hammond, IN. You'll be glad you did!

I didn't see any Listed on any sites, but I'd love it if anyone sees a Mark Price, former Cavs point guard (#25), exclusive if you could grab it for me.

It'd probably be from Panini, but he does have UD college cards too. He still has a big fan base in Cleveland, so they may make one for him...
