Really? I didn't see it. How high did it go?

I didn't see it either or I would have bought it

It was sold by Donut13666, I remember putting a bid of $100 plus my eBay Bucks which was in the $30s, I came in 2nd place and it sold just short of $140 and due to the eBay Bucks playing a part, it must've been sold in early October.

I would rather bid on probstein auctions than donut auctions, still wish I would have picked it up though

Yeah, he's another one who's stuff I stay away from.

Not outrageous for that card though.

Nice knowing that I won mine in 2008 for $48 :D

It's funny...for some reason that card sticks out in my mind.

We were getting ready to leave the house for the night, and I placed the bid on the browser of my Nintendo Wii...

That is something I can say I have never done before

Haha...this was pre-smartphones of course.

The good ole days when I would sit at the desk top and keep hitting the refresh button with my bid ready to go in another window

Even he won't shell out that much, but speaking of Dan I actually bought a card from him this week on eBay. I couldn't believe that he actually accepted a reasonable offer on one of his cards.

He'll make an offer on it for sure.

He has told me before that his eBay items are set at "sucker" prices...just in case someone decides to hit a ridiculous BIN.

What'd you buy?

It is a 2011 Triple Threads Relic /36. I actually received it in the mail today. Will try to get a scan up tomorrow.

Love the card, but I am disappointed they used his 2014 Tier One "looks like he is missing a tooth" photo.

Plus they used the word "bequeathed",
and that doesn't belong on a card, nor really in the English language.
