The silvers are the rarer version. COMC has some pretty high prices, the Sandberg and Griffey for $30 seem pretty high.

They are a little high. I have a Griffey and anyone who's interested can have it for $10 delivered.

If the Griffey was the normal, base bronze foil front with silver back, then that would be a different story - those are way scarcer than the silver backed Electric Diamond errors.

A while back I asked if anyone knew anything about 1998 Score Showcase parallels numbered incorrectly, with the base card # instead of the PPXXX number (I have both versions of Scott Rolen). No one had any ideas then, so wondering if anyone has anything to add? There's a Jeter variation on COMC right now:

And the "correct" version:

Had no idea, but I just checked mine.. My showcase is #22 and my Artist's Proof is #PP7... I just took the two Showcase #PP7's off COMC, thanks for the heads up... I love variations

I bought a box of 98 Score a couple of years ago, and all of the Showcase cards I got had the regular numbering:

2 Dan Wilson
31 Dennis Eckersley
40 Mike Cameron
58 Wilton Guerrero
211 Wil Cordero

The two Artist's Proofs I got both had the PP numbering.

I've never found any APs with the numbering variation, so I'm assuming it's just the Showcases. Could be that the early runs of the Showcases had the base card numbering before they caught it and switched over? I can't even say for sure whether this exists for all the Showcases; I own a Rolen, had a Klesko, two Jeters are on COMC (along with a Mondesi), plus the five you mentioned. Anyone else with 98 Score Showcases have any non-PP numbers?

Awhile back I was going through some of my 90 Leaf Hendersons, when I noticed that there appeared to be silver & gray versions of the cards. Anyone else notice this?

In the absence of foil, aren't silver and gray basically the same thing?

Hey guys I have a card I stumbled upon and while I know it isn't a money maker or anything I googled it and couldn't find anything so I scanned it for you guys to see. It has the right colors and wrong name and team on the front. Again it isn't a big deal obviously.

If I remember correctly, all of these cards have the same error and this is a cool UER.

On 1994 UD, is there one hologram style that is more prevalent or that carries a premium? I looked through all of my old stuff and all of mine seem to be the '93 silver vertical writing style.

This is a 2009 Topps Tribute Ichiro NO NAME NO LOGO. It reminds me of the 1990 Topps Frank Thomas Error. I actually like the card without the name and logo. The design doesn't ruin the photography. And for me, it's all about the photography. Thank you 2011 Topps Marquee for one of the best base sets in a long time.

OK, this one is for the Randy Johnson Marlboro experts. Which version do I have here, and how scarce is it?

Digging through a 5000 count box of 1980 Topps that I picked up years ago and found this (also found about 30 other cards with minor printing problems):

1980 Topps Greg Pryor No Name on Front

so just how tough is this card?

I spoke with the Beckett Baseball PG Editor a couple of weeks back and they have updated Randy Johnson Marlboro cards. Thus, check the Beckett OPG on your latest RJ Marlboro.
