Picked up most of them via ebay.

A collector is slowly getting rid of his collection so I have been picking things up through him. Also picked up 23 different Pacific stamped cards from various shows.

Hey Bagwell collectors. I had shared a PM with Astroburn last week and he invited me to post this Bagwell batting practice hat. I have used Astros hats of Bagwell, Kent, and Berkman. The were obtained in a group of gamers from Hunt Auctions. There was one hat in the group I wanted for my own collection so I had to buy the entire group. So, yes, the Bagwell, Kent, and Berkman hats are for sale. I actually have them up on ebay. Even if no one is interested in buying them, I thought some may enjoy seeing them. Unfortunately, there is no other paperwork with them. I am going on Hunt's expertise that they are real and would allow anything fake. Here are a couple pics of the Bagwell hat...hope you enjoy....

So thats what it looks like to be a blocked bidder. Yup. Because midnitefrog decided to ignore me about the card they sent wrong, i filed and escalated my claim to ebay, which i got refunded. But then she has the balls to block me? Shes the one who messed up and didnt communicate with me at all. Ignored every message that i had sent. I guess mattfeez will be getting all of my money from now on...

i already owned it, otherwise i wouldnt care. But i messaged repeatedly to find out what was up, and never heard back. After the weekend I opened a wrong item claim, and six days later she finally replied thru the claim system with mail it back for a refund. Well, in order to do that, you must have a tracking number. So in order to get back 3.10, i would have to pay close to two bucks to mail the card with tracking. Well that doesnt fly with me, so i said she should have to pay for return shipping since she sent the wrong card. Again, no response, so three messages back without reply i escalated the case. Ebay gave me my money back by that night, and now i am unable to bid on her new items. Never been blocked before.

i asked repeatedly if she still had the card i bought. No communication at all. Annoying.

I just wish she had said, "yeah I sent the wrong card. I'll send the right one out tomorrow." Or said that she sent it to the wrong buyer. Maybe I got a card someone else was supposed to get. The lack of communication is what bugged me the most about the whole situation. That and I'll be out money actually doing her return request.

Oh, its already done. I tried messaging her during the whole mis shipped card. I never, ever heard back after many messages. If she doesnt want my money, then fine. But she better not relist the card I won in case she finds it... That would just set me off.
