I did get that high five! And it is different. I will get pics up soon. And did you have a needs list at all? I would love to see if you needed any of these Bagwells, but i feel that you are probably in the same boat as me. I wonder if Dan [MENTION=9871]timtom[/MENTION] needs some of these, and [MENTION=10787]Chevelle210[/MENTION], and now [MENTION=9090]gojacks63[/MENTION]. I think i may need to make a list. Lots and lots and lots of doubles upon doubles...

If you wouldn't mind, I'd like a look at your 1st doubles list when it's done.

I don't exclusively collect any Astros, but I do try to pick up lots of base/parallels/inserts when I can and afford to.

Ok, i finished going thru the rest. And all i have to say is that if you ever see me get excited about an opportunity to buy a big lot of Bagwell cards unseen, please kick me square in the balls so i remember that it felt like that the last time i bought a lot blind.

4 cards guys... Four. Out of that entire box of cards. I am going to take a closer look when i get around to organizing them, just to make sure i didnt miss any superstar samplers or preview cards.

I was really hoping for one card, one big hit in the middle of all of this to make it all worthwhile. You hear stories of people buying lots and getting the afficianado first pitch preview mixed in, or a card like that. I was really hoping it would happen to me. So 2014 is starting out like a herd of turtles for my PC. I hope i can recoup some of this when i list them all for a quarter each on ebay.

Picked up a couple of new mounts for my bats at the shop up in Idaho. So glad to get these out of my storage shed and back up on the wall. At my old house, i had vertical mounts. But this area under my shelf just works with these here.

Those were nice hits. All numbered, a few pretty low production runs. I just wish the box had more like these. Eh. On to more...

When I saw that in there, I could not allow it to stay in t permanently.hat box and be further damaged. Especially once I found out there was a GREAT home for it. I am glad it arrived and is now a part of a PC, where it should stay. You're welcome Nate. I thought about keeping it, because I don't have a single Bags card, and he isone of the guys I admired as a youngster/teen. But, I want to find a nice, inexpensive auto of his to go into my PC. Any suggestions on one to look for? Not familiar with his cards.

you can always get one of these relatively cheap, but its godawful ugly...

Theres a team Astros card thats usually cheap, and doesnt look horrible. Or if you wanna spend a little more, you could work on getting a SP Buyback... The SPs are nice cards, but half of them the auto doesnt show very well.

if i had extra, id hook you up, but i dont have a lot of autos to begin with, let alone doubles of them.
