Official Jeff Bagwell Collectors Thread

Nice Bagwell stuff guys...

I've been away from the boards for a few months now (work has kind of taken over). Hopefully I'll be on a bit more now and start contributing to the good 'ol Bagwell Collectors thread. I'm also working on creating a site for my Bagwell's... I'm hoping to have that up and running by the summer.

That combined with the rarity that I do find stuff I can even use in the lots is what kills it for me.

I've pretty much reached that point too. I mean, a 400 count lot and I only needed 20? Thats better than most lots i get, i have to admit. But this last one just killed me. Makes me not want to risk lots anymore.

Great story behind it too.

Badges were made for DLP employees attending the National. Player selected was based on personnel records; so this badge belonged to an employee who recorded on their DLP paperwork that Bagwell was their favorite player. Badges were made for about 10 people; Basketball, Football, and Baseball players were made. I saw several being worn that year and all were pretty sick patches.

Based on that story, that thing must be mega rare, a true 1 of 1 perhaps. How do you place a value on that?

most of them came in 2 separate collections I purchased. There are a TON of dupes. I was a fairly avid collector before getting a job I work way too damn much.
