^I got this one a couple of years ago. The best card I've gotten of his so far. It's probably the only jersey card I'll ever keep.

I always liked this card and the Magic Numbers insert set that was made out of wood. I lost this one and a lot of his 90's cards.

I got this one out of packs they were handing out at Yankee stadium in 97'. I still have it.

Sweet! Did you know there are two sets? One regular, one gold? The regular is numbered to 250,000, the gold 5000.

I didnt know that. Do you have either one? I'd really like to see a picture of a gold one.

Hey guys,

I just stumbled across this site a few days ago and was really excited to see a good group of bagwell collectors here.

My name is Dan and I have a pretty extensive Jeff Bagwell collection of around 4300+ different Bagwell cards. I also purchased a Bagwell collection of 13,000+ Bagwell cards and I am flush with around 20,000 bagwell doubles to trade.

I look forward to sharing my collection with you guys and hopefully we can help each other out in the future.

Just wanted to share a few of my recent pickups:

99 Topps Tek Gold 31A P01 1/10

99 Bowman chrome gold refractor 23/25

Also had to share this monster I picked up a couple of months ago:

2011 ITG Heroes and Prospects Grand Slam Memorabilia Batting Glove 1/1. Jeffs only card made in 2011!

I look forward to having a lot of fun on this site.

Thanks for the look

Wow! You sure know how to make an entrance! And that's a lot of doubles! Where did you pick up 13,000 cards? I wish I could root thru your doubles...

It was an ebay auction that came from some guy in new jersey. It arrived in 3 huge boxes that weighed 100lb+. I had never seen anything like it. I'm gonna try and start listing the doubles on a section of my website, but that is gonna take some time.

Wow, when did this go down? I search nightly and never saw it. In any case, welcome aboard. How long have you been collecting Bags?

It was in june and was a buyitnow/offer that the guy accepted within a couple of hours.

I've been collecting BAGWELL since 96-97, with some occasional breaks during college and part of medical school when I was totally broke.

Look forward to making some deals with you guys.

Cool. Yeah, I'm sure with the amount of different ones you have that I don't, as well as Astroburn, you'll have doubles of stuff we need.

For sure!

I just started to go thru your doubles list. I noticed you have 1995 leaf 119. By any chance are any of your doubles the promo version? Predator needs it, figured I'd ask...

And your 1997 donruss limited, does it say limited exposure even though it is not? I need that variant for myself...

And I know predator needs your 98 pinnacle career stats. That's the one I was unable to locate for him.

I guess we can start there. My lunch break is over and I'll have to look at the rest of your list later after work.

When I get home I'd be real interested in looking through his list for a lot of things.

To answer your questions from earlier:
No doubles of the 95 leaf promo
No doubles of the 97 donruss limited "limited exposure" non-glossy
but I do have 2 copies of the 98 pinnacle career stats and I could set one aside for predator if he still needs it

I was able to go through 2 of the 5000 count boxes and update the bagwell doubles for trade list which has taken me through 96 Summit. I will try and get through more of the boxes at some point over the weekend.

Yes, I'm interested in the career stats card.

PM sent timtom. BTW, it was interesting seeing which cards you have. I of course have a few you don't but you obviously have way more than I do. That's how it goes I guess. I found it odd you have two of the MJB holographics auto cards(I do as well) and they were R2 and R4 versions(so are mine). Care to share where you got them? Both of mine were obtained from a member here (on ebay though). I just thought it was weird with as many cards as you had, that we would both have the same copies. Not saying anything is amiss. Just...where the hell are the R1 and R3 versions at? Even the ones I'm seeing pop up now are all the same versions. Also, where did you get your Colla Collection auto at?

I picked up the R2 and R4 versions on ebay. One of them i picked up in a lot that had a bunch of other random cards and because it was so poorly listed I was able to sell the other stuff from the lot and basically get it for free.

I also have an R3 version that is signed with the same orange pen and the signature is identical to the others but it is lacking a serial number. I picked this one up from a long time bagwell collector that was liquidating his collection about 6-7 years ago. He used to go by the ebay ID yoos77 i think. I talked with him and I'm pretty sure it is authentic, but that R1 is just so illusive.

As for the Barry Colla collection auto, I bought that on ebay about a year and a half ago. I've seen one other up for sale that a guy is trying to sell for $250 which is a bit ridiculous. I actually have another incoming right now. When it arrives maybe we can work something out.

I think I remember yoos77. That ebay name sounds awfully familiar from back in the day. Back then Ebay actually would list who was bidding against you and I remember seeing something like yoos quite often.

I wish I could pull the trigger on big lots and bigger cards. One day thats all that will be left for me and I'll have no choice but to beg my wife to let me buy a twenty dollar card. And really beg to get those hundred dollar cards.

So far I have gotten into year 2000 on your doubles list. And unfortunately thats where things get difficult cuz my collection is in the middle of a rename project and cards I know I have arent popping up on my site. But I'll figure it all out eventually.

Your 98 Pinnacle Lasting Memories double, is it die cut? Cuz I need the one that isnt die cut. LMK
