Damn good stuff! Loving the gold domed holographic! Is that R2 promo you were looking for or was it R1 you still needed?

I have had the R1 for a while, but the R2 was the one that has been missing from my collection since i sold it in 1999. 15 years later and one pops up on comc. I didnt even bother with an offer. Just hit the buy now. Just super stoked to have it back in my collection.

Such a simple ten dollar card means so much more to me than any of these new short print cards.

Had an opportunity to pick up those Donruss samples. I'm glad I had the funds to grab em. And Same said for many parallels I got. Been having fun nailing down these random 90s hits!

Wow, that's a nice chunk marked off the checklist! Great job on the Donruss Collections Samples and Topps Superstar Samplers! 1998 was a great year for cards.

Aaahhh man. Same reason I'm selling the Bonds i just got as well. My 5th grader accidentally did some serious damage to a bass we were renting from a music store for his class at school. I've gotta foot the bill so the extra money we just blew on these last two cards has to be recovered to help with the repair. :-( Pains me to do it. Obviously can't replace a 1 of 1, so will just hope to find something else nice when/if I have some extra cash again. Such is life raising little ones.

Thats a bummer. Never thought of renting an instrument. I have my own bass and other guitars. My bass cost 150 at a pawn shop. Whats the rental setting you back? Hopefully it wasnt a super high quality expensive one...

70 bucks a month. It's a stand up bass like you would see in an orchestra. Big, heavy, and ornate. Definitely a big mistake. A nice small violin would have been too easy. Lol

Ahh, that makes more sense. Well its a bummer you have to sell the card now. There will be more down the road I'm sure...

Two HUGE personall additions to my collection today (which is my birthday, so gifts from me to my Bagwell PC!)

First, a card I sold back in 1999 has made it back! This certain card has been a bear to find, and when one popped up on ebay a couple months ago, I tried for it, losing out to my buddy Aaron. But thats ok, cuz this one cost me way less when it came up last week! 2 listings within a couple months of a card I have needed for years. Go figure :P

1996 Crash the Game September GOLD!!! Now my 1996 Crash the Games are complete!

and...

After a few years of searching (well, theres one on ebay that is graded, but I am not paying 40 bucks for it), the final base 1999 TEK i needed hit ebay. And I got it! All 30 base cards complete!

Ive already got the 2001 certified materials, and i have the 2005 studio, unless i got it for a variant. Mine is solid white without a pinstripe. Yeah, sometimes i nab variants like those.
