Merry Christmas everyone. Despite all the economic turmoil and the brutal weather we've had over the last couple of weeks, we had a really nice Christmas. We had really enjoyable days with both my wife's and my families. The kids had a great time opening their gifts and visiting with their cousins. My gifts included:

a new solid wood CD rack
a Wisconsin Badger fleece pullover
a french coffee press (highly recommended!)
Lost season 4 on DVD
New CD's from the Pretenders, Matthew Sweet and Kings of Leon
Simon and Garfunkel CD box set
a bottle of Silver Oak Cabernet
new sports biographies about Johnny "Blood" McNally, Lou Gehrig, Johnny Unitas along with a book about the early years of the Green Bay Packers

a box of 08 Leaf Limited Football, from which I pulled a sick Matt Ryan patch card numbered 2/2
$$ and gift certificates for a new bicycle, which I plan to purchase in spring

Absolutely correct. I love watching my family (and dog) open my presents for them. It is truly a great feeling!

My dog was having a blast ripping through everyones presents it really made my day.

It got to a point were we just put the presents out and let the dog rip the packaging.She had more fun with the paper then with the chew toys.

AKA the Red Ring of Death. Instead of the usual lit up 4 green lights on the front of an XBox 360, there are 3 red lights which indicate a problem. These 3 lights indicate that there is a general internal hardware problem with your system. Solution= Needs to be sent back to Microsoft so they can send you a fixed/ refurbished one or a new one. The problem is pretty common with XBox 360's.
