That's the same thing I was thinking.
The tags def. seem to indicate it was a team issued jersey. It's a while ago, so maybe Champion sold the authentic jersey like that? But the pics there seem to go beyond an authentic jersey you'd pick up at a store or signing.

I have no idea to tell if it was game used, but it was player issued. The tag that states "Designed and Tailored by Champion Exclusively for the Indiana Pacers" can only be found on team-issued jerseys.
