Judging from the holographic sticker on back it was signed after it was released and is not worth anywhere near 4k.

Being out of five it should have been left as is. Way too thick a marker for the card.

Interesting. Was that put out in 2015 Bowman Chrome or something? It has the Topps Certified auto logo on it, but was that added afterwards somehow? According to this auction, there was a buyback product sold at the National, which is where the hologram came from.

Yes, these were inserted into 2015 bowman chrome.
