Although ebay makes it difficult to see their auctions, FCB wants to make sure that its users are not hindered in grabbing the deals that no other sites can offer.

Yes, that is why the FCBsearch takes much longer to load.

Yes this would likely be the best time to buy.

Considering likley 80% of normal ebay users do not realize they can actually search for items, you should be able to get a few good steals.
