No I don't but it looks like the one on the right. Mine is #'d 53/75 not 053/75
Which is the real one? When you say fake do you mean back doored?

It's called a cachet. Usually to represent a first, last of a milestone. I've got Andruw's debut cache, minor league player of year and about 4 others.
Edit: The date postmarked, is that the day the results came out announcing him as the MVP?
