Umm...how many golds were "supposedly" printed? Counting 55 there, which I think is more than there should be (?) LOL, well I guess previous posts were accurate that the stated print runs aren't exactly reliable! Awesome post, thanks for sharing!

There was never a stated print run, only assumptions. My guess is somewhere around 75-90 for golds.

That Gwynn is great. There aren't many sets better than that fractal matrix/materials set.

On a Gwynn side note, I remember pulling a Topps Gold label red label /25 of his from I think it was 1998 Gold Label. I ended up trading it for a bunch of sweet Griffey inserts that I no longer own.
