My understanding is that Donruss promos with the XX/## designation were in-house executive promos; meaning, they were printed to be released among corporate members for final approval.

Love those wonky die-cuts! I think the weirdest 90's die-cut inserts I can remember were from Pacific and they were supposed to be Christmas tree ornaments (can't remember the year/set).

Also, is it just me or does Larry Walker look a lot like Mike Lowell in that bottom card? Must be the goat!

Got the Arod Illuminator, Gwynn Luminescent, & a Thome Luminous. Also included in the lot was the Gwynn Power Alley DC, & a '97 Bowman Chome Halladay RC. All for $7.50. I couldn't believe it.
