What seemed like an entire set was for sale last night, with some ending in a few days. Hopefully, some of you got your guy! I got my third copy, which is arguably my favorite Manny card! They just look so awesome in hand.

Those look great. I wish Frank was in the set, but then again...i'm kinda glad he's not.

Did you win this though?

I won the Griffey that was listed.

Amazing price too!

Yeah, I was a bit shocked at the ending price. My snipe was quite a bit higher and I actually thought I was going to be outbid.

Just an FYI for you guys. I bought from this seller a couple of weeks ago and never received the item. I was refunded full price immediately once I notified the seller. He/she claims to have shipped w/o a confirmation #

Anybody have the 1998 Upper Deck Collectors Choice JUMBO version of their player? Does anybody know if they are rare and how they were packed out?

How can you tell the Grand Finale from the regular gold?

Don't know about the back, as I have never seen on in-hand. The easiest (& only?) way to tell is the gold holo on the front.

Must keep an eye out for the Palmeiro! Thanks for the knowledge.

Here they are side by side, easy to tell when they are this way. Not so easy when you see them by themselves.

Another way to sort of tell apart is that the grand finale hologram scans with a greenish color. I've got a few grand finale cards in my bucket, I'll find them later and post them.

When you do finally get a Thomas and see it in hand, it might become your favorite card.

They really look awesome.

They awesome, I had the Griffey at one time but sold it for an insane amount more than I paid. I'm still looking for another copy. Here is a Thomas and some others which at one point in time I owned:
