Welcome to "Oh Super Sweet 90's Inserts... #2 and Archeology Talk".
I don't know much about archeology, but I am wondering about this 90's near miss:

Is there official numbers on these 2000 Topps Chrome Magic Moment Refractors, or just estimates?
This is my third, two more to go!

lol nice :D

Just picked this up.
anyone else have a showcase masterpiece #1/1?
Are there any other rookie year players in the set?
Are they reflective? How do they look different than base?

Man Uribe put on some serious weight since his rookie years

Great pickup! There's no official numbers on these but I vaguely remember somebody calculating these out based on odds and it came out to somewhere around /20 each.

Great pickups guys!

Have you run into collectors who pay a heavy premium for first/last serial numbered cards from this 90s? I would think the high-numbered stuff from sets like Donruss Elite, Topps Stars, or SPx with a print run in the thousands would carry more of a premium over something like 50/50 or 25/25. What sort of premium have you seen on these kinds of cards.

I was thinking about listing this 1998 Donruss Signature Millennium Marks Auto #ed 1000/1000. Have you seen such numbered autos from this set sell for a big premium?

I sold a #0001/5000 Cal Ripken for around $40, I basically broke even on it, but they definitely carry a premium. If I can find them, I usually try to pick them up of my favorite player.
