i saw a Griffey at a show in Clearwater FL in 97,it was not die cut or embossed, but had that Atomic Refractor back ground.it was a cool card. by the way it was not for sale just for show! he had both cards side by side. when i had a chance for the Juan silver i jumped at it 3 years ago.

Yeah, I believe either in this thread or another these were discussed. Interesting variation but not up my alley. I have double digit 5000ct boxes of these and I would bet there are some in there somewhere.
