Yeah - That is the way I looked at it. I talked to the seller the before I bought it and asked him about the card. He said it doesn't have any creases or anything, just some bad chipping along the bottom edge. These are hard to find, so I was happy to get it in any condition. If I find a better one in the future I will go after it, but I am happy to mark it off my list for now.

Story of my life...

Pristine!!! Yeah . . . those are nice. Won't see them graded that high very often.

Those Mirror Gold are absolutely incredible!! That is the first Larkin I have ever even seen - Can't believe you have BGS 10's on top of just having the cards!!

I thought the one on the right was numbered to 250???

The first 250 of the 2500 were die-cut; anything 251-2500 is gonna be the non-die cuts.

Those cards are such a pain for me; many of my PC players came of age in the late 90's, so most insert sets are full of them (Rolen, Nomar, Thome, Erstad, Kotsay). Almost anything from Leaf R&S can be a pain, given the landmark nature of the set. Someday I'll break down and buy a box, as long as they don't get much pricier!

I did not know that. Thanks. Kind of a retarded way to do that by Leaf.

I guess this is going to be my last Caminiti card for a while. Only a couple of my wants on Ebay but they are all grossly over priced.

The power of listing a bunch of cards of a player at once?

Earlier this month a Griffey Prominent Figures /190 sold at auction for about $25, which seems about right. Last week another got listed. While it was listed, Burbank's sold at a $29 BIN. The final price on the one that ended yesterday from a seller that listed 400 Griffeys at once?

I don't get it.... I was expecting it to be like $1 considering SO many listed, so people can overlook some cards or miss some, etc. I guess I missed the path you were walking me down lol

Very Interesting observation. In my case it would be the opposite. I have a limited budget, so if someone listed a bunch of cards I needed at once, I would probably have to pick and choose which ones to bid on. That's a huge difference on those auctions!
