Sorry to go from an unnumbered Red Crusade to this, but I thought it was an interesting find...billions of these were probably scratched/thrown away, but there is probably billions more out there!
Probably paid as much as a sealed box of 1992 Topps for this, but it is specific to Tony Gwynn, so I had to have it:

I always tried to save pack inserts and stuff like this, but it was also always very hard to keep it unopened/unscratched. I may have a few unscratched, but you are right, a lot were scratched/redeemed.

This may be a real neat item to have 50 years from now, not that it isn't cool now as well.

I'm in the process of reorganizing my PC binders, and while I'm working on Jim Thome thought I'd pull a few out gems to share:

I haven't had a chance to contribute anything to this thread, but maybe this card counts. I know these are from 1996 and with the Century Marks logo shows it is a part of the SSP extended set. Any thoughts on value?

Thome and Ozzie always seemed tough. Even tougher is condition. I tried to make a set in PSA but high grades are hard and the ROI is not there to justify the cost.

I've picked up quite a few of the Pre-Productions cheap at shows, but never an Ozzie (nor a Thome or Trammell, think I got my copies of those two on COMC).
