To me, promos and prototypes are a focus of my collection, and the prices seem well worth it. There were very few print runs of the set, 60 I believe. Once they're gone, they're gone.

To me, I'll overpay by 50+ percent to get a card I need for my focused collection of Biggio and Manny.

You just never know when they'll pop up again.

In fact, I've never seen anyone except that guy sell the Biggio, so I bought it as soon as I saw it.

I almost bid on that McGwire, but I didn't know what it was exactly! I even sent a message to the seller, and I thought that because it didn't have a serial number that it was some kind of base version. Only now that I go back and look at my old Beckett do I see that it says "NNO not intended for public." Sheesh I'm dumb.

So this guy has several of these 1995 Fleer Extra Bases Game Test Sample cards. I've never seen these before but I am not as hardcore as some of you guys. He has several stars (Griffey, Ripken, Bagwell, Maddux). Are they worth the $20+ minimum bid?

You will be surprised at how hard those are! Gwynn was realy tough, there was one on Beckett Market for $50, and when I missed out on the Only one i'd ever seen on ebay, I could not wait to get back on Beckett and scoop it up!! Saved about $25 from the auction... run! Don't walk! I thought there was less than 50 of these...

anyone have one of these 1993 Donruss Preview Bretts available?

I had one of these and kept it in the original folder it came in forever. Now I don't have a clue where it is. If I remember right, if you signed up for a Donruss club in 1992, they sent you the preview card in an 8x10 folder. Hopefully it is around here somewhere.

that case has got to be won by someone (or someones) here. There's got to be a Butler Diamond Edition in there.
