Can anyone shed some light on why I can't seem and never have been able to locate an Albert Belle 1995 Ultra RBI Kings Gold Medallian #3?! I don't even see other players variations, Are other player collectors looking for this card too? Did it not get released?

In other news, here is my recent mail day and very pleased to get to a meeting of the minds with the seller after close to a year lol ('99 tek is gold, 14A P-18 #4/10; my 11th)

they are jumbo pack exclusive. 1:8 odds for the regular, 1:80 for the gold medallion. Seeing the rate at which they pop up, there must not have been many jumbo packs made. they are in series 1 so, they are easier to find than the series 2 jumbo exclusive, the on-base leaders gold medallion. i could prolly find a bagwell rbi kings gold if i scoured for a couple months, but the on-base leaders gold medallion of bagwell ive seen only a handful.

I put those numbers at about 100 each? 30 card set and 1 per case? I would say 3000 cases
is not a stretch for 98 Upper Deck Collectors Choice series 2.. Could be more like 200 each so I
agree they are tough as nails but not sure if a lot of that product was opened? Of course I
would give my left arm for the 97 and 98 Griffey's.........

You can get a case of 1997 S2 from bbcexchange for $150. S2 boxes from 1998 are $14 each. Still plenty of unopened product available, and if there's 1 per case, you can make a nice profit from a 1997 S2 case (depending who you pull).

I actually considered this for a fleeting moment before regaining my senses. I figured why risk it if I'm just looking to get a cool card? So instead I went ahead and bought a couple of cool rare Collector's Choice singles for less than what a case would have been. Here's the first one, and the next one coming next week sometime:

I have owned the Gold Medallion Bagwells for both the RBI Kings and On Base Leaders before. I sold them many years ago among other cards to help finance a wedding ::facepalm:: Oh well. Someday they might pop up again. Just gotta keep searching. One day you will find your card.

Not really a insert I guess, but I love this set and can't stop buying Ripkens... have an unopened set somewhere too but can't find it at the moment. I think the 1996 Liberty Sports set is very underrated.

If I remember right, a LOT of those early 1995 products are VERY hard to find. After the strike caused a drop in interest for baseball cards, a lot of manufacturers cut production BIG TIME on products. Series 2 and late-season releases are easier to find, but those early release retail ones are pretty damn tough to find...

All 94 series 2 stuff are in very short supply. When was the last time you saw a box of 94 collectors choice series 2.they were even hard to find in early 95. It took me 16 years to finnish the gold sig set. all series 2 cards. I finnished series one in 94.

Anyone have info about the 1995 Upper Deck Predictor Exchange cards? Do you have one of your guy? What to they go for? I've never seen an Olerud for sale anywhere until now ([ebay:1u19xsix]390383189811[/ebay:1u19xsix]), and while I agree with the seller's opinion that they're rare, I can't help but think he's hyping it up just a bit.

Thanks!

I don't know anything about the card, but the seller is a member here. I'd recognize those fingers anywhere.

No hype those are very difficult to find. The only Puckett's I have seen have sold in the $80 to $100 range.
