The white border are in the factory sets. That black border is very rare. I pulled mine out of the super jumbo packs. Those packs dried up in 1 week due to the baseball strike. i would say they are 1000 times more rare than the gold signatures. I have had 5 of those. 2 Juans. 1 Thomas,1 Griffey 1 Puckett. Sold them for big $$$ on ebay in 07. still have 1 Juan. Very nice find. I would love to find the Jordan of that card.BunchOBull said:A couple of variations:

Few cases of 1999 Topps Tek just posted on eBay. Crazy that low and behold somewhere there are a few cases laying around lol. I bet there are some Gold Belles waiting to see the light of day... Odds are the case won't be taken for $950 and those boxes/packs will continue to collect dust :x
