Has a little bit of luck this morning checking COMC. Seller had just listed a 1993 Topps Black Gold ABCD expired redemption. I couldn't have clicked the $1 BIN button any faster.

Mine doesn't say "Certified" above the ABCD. Forget if that's good or not.

Edit: I remembered that little search function. For others who forgot since pages ago, the "Certified" versions came with the redeemed sets while the regular version (what I got) came in packs.

Just got this in the mail today; I still need two more versions but at least the hardest is out of the way.

I still need a Dawson, unfortunately he has contributed to driving the scarcity/pricing for them from what I've heard.
Bob Nappe of New Jersey sold over 75 refractors to Dawson's agent.
Yeah, I just don't get it. Why would he chose that card to hoard?
It's beautiful and iconic!
He's got great taste.
It's a great card for sure! But...

He's pictured with Boston, when the Cubs are admittedly his favorite team that he player for.
And I just don't get why he wants/needs SO many.[/quote:3ofpn1dn]

So Andre collects cards? Of himself?

I would collect my own cards. And if I ever got in a pinch, I'd autograph some and sell em on ebay. Kinda like what the Rock did in that movie Tooth Fairy.

From what I've heard, he just hoards the 93 Refractor.
