sorry but that thing should be gotten at 150 easy. sadly, i wouldn't be surprised if the seller wouldn't take less than $200 for it.
the same card of kevin brown went for $120

I did a cash-trade deal amounting to around $250 when I got my 98 Buhner at a local show. I think that's the ballpark for this one.

^I sold via consignment two 98 flair showcase legacy cards earlier this year, a Rey Ordonez for $150 on ebay and Jaret Wright for $120 offline. I had been trying to sell for a while and those were the best prices I got. I did not open it up to international sellers and I know that in Asia there are a few big Masterpiece collectors so may have hurt myself. I think a "scrub" is probably in the in $75-300 range depending on the player, the year, and finding the right buyer. For stars, much more.

Thanks Andy, I got this Pacific Light Blue in to complete the rainbow. Never could nail this one down. It is hard to see in the scan but its a few shades off from the Silver:
