Sweet Jeter Pick Ups!!

Picked up a lot of Jeter cards this month and these are two of my favorites. They should arrive this week!!

Thanks, guys, for cluing me in to this set. Didn't realize the golds from 1994 Collectors Choice Ser 2 were so rare. Was impressive to see that McGwire end at $79 in a legit auction setting. I will now hold these in the same regard as 1995 Upper Deck Electric Diamond Gold Ser 2.

I have a 1992 Topps Silver Ripken that I posted a while ago in this thread. This is what I was told by jacksoncoupage

"It's a pigment issue. I have seen the 1992 Topps Gold winners range from full bronze to silver (I used to buy 800, 100 ct. lots to build master sets), it is a printing flaw like missing foil, but definitely seldom seen and attractive too."

Maybe the same thing happened with some 1995 pinnacle cards.
