He has from the moment the photos were produced. When he does a signing, it is usually specified that he won't sign that photo.

Pedroia has actually refused to inscribe anything on the photo of A-Rod trying to take him out with a forearm shiver. I have that photo signed, but no inscription. At a signing I was at with him, they wanted him to inscribe it "Nice try A-Rod" and he said "Absolutely not."
