Opened 4 Packs of Topps Jumbo ALLSTAR LETTER 1/1 !!!!!!!!!!!

I was just looking to get a few more codes for the million card giveaway so i stopped by the local shop after class tonight and picked up 4 packs of topps jumbo from a new box and pulled these 2

As you can see the B was cut crooked on the top right corner. So what would you guys do? call topps and see what happens or just leave it since its a 1/1 and there isnt a better one out there?

What is Topps supposed to do? There is one jersey so only one "B". Its not like the card is damaged, just the patch was cut crooked.
