Opinion on patch needed

This patch is one I'm looking at as a Christmas present for myself (my pimped out Phillies jacket was a late birthday present for myself). This is the patch from which this card is derived:

I know Sterling has a lot of great patches in it, and the fact that this card's is slanted is probably a point in its favor, but I'm still leery of dropping $300+ on it. Any opinions, or has anyone by chance tracked these jumbo patch cards?

Was that patch worn after 2003 becuase if it wasn't Howard wasn't in the league yet.

It looks to good to be true.And the border is chipped which could mean the seller did a bad job jamming the patch in.

You could drop a $3 dollar bill on it.. that patch was worn on the Phillies home jereseys during 2003.

Ryan Howard didn't even make his MLB debut until 2004 and at no point during 2003 was he called up to the bigs, not even Sept.

Also, looks like it was put in sideways so PHILLIES would fit in the window.
