I hate doing this, but this is the only fantasy league I do of any sports so just curious on opinions. I usually build my team through trades, but I'm pleased with this draft. This is a 12-team league.

QB- Tony Romo (Didn't really want him, but couldn't pass up in round 5)
RB- Chris Johnson (risky, but if he plays I got him in a solid spot)
RB- Darren McFadden
WR- DeSean Jackson
WR- Marques Colston
WR- Johnny Knox
TE- Dustin Keiller
D/ST- Saints
K- Matt Prater (I draft him every year because he went to my HS)

My strategy on my bench is to stockpile people I think could have surprise seasons to trade later
Bench:
RB- Joseph Addai
RB- Roy Helu
RB- Fred Jackson
WR- Danario Alexander
WR-Jonathan Baldwin
WR-Jordy Nelson

Obviously my WRs could use some improvement, but I think Alexander might have a huge year. Be brutally honest.

How many teams are in the league?

Edit: I can't read.

I don't think you'll have a problem with CJ. You're solid on your starting RB & WR. I don't like Romo and seeing as you don't have a backup right now, I'd probably check out the FA wire for one (or via trade). You have the depth to drop a WR/RB.

My plan was to just pick someone up the week of his Bye. I still think Romo is a solid fantasy QB. Thanks for the input! Also not pleased with my TE.

Like: Romo, Colston, Saints Defense

Don't mind: Johnson, Jackson, Knox, Keller, Prater, F. Jackson, Nelson

Dislike: McFadden, Addai, Helu

that is, this season i see good value in the first 3 and think the last 3 are overrated/bad

I think McFadden at what was probably the end of the 2nd round is great value. I wouldn't be shocked if he's a top 5 RB this year. I love Romo this year. People might like him as an actual QB but you can't argue with his value as a fantasy QB. He was on pace for 30 TDs last year and had eclipsed 25 TDs the past 3 years as well. He has top notch talent and could very easily be looking at a 4000 yard 30 TD year.

I don't love your WRs but they arent bad either. I keep on hearing that Knox is in Martzs' doghouse but I liked him a lot last year. A lot of experts also seem to think this is the year that Nelson roots out Driver as the Packers #2, which could lead to a nice boost in numbers

I have a strong dislike for Keller. I didn't score a TD after week 4 and after week 4 he only had 1 week of more than 4 receptions. He was on my team last year and I kept running him out there every week to see him post 3 receptions for 40 yards. I don't love Sanchez and I think a lot Keller's redzone opportunities will go to the running game and to Plax.

I think CJ and Mcfadden repeat last years performance your team looks really strong.

Thanks for all the input guys.

My thinking on Jackson, Addai, Helu etc were if one of them has a good year I can trade them to upgrade elsewhere. I agree on Romo being a strong fantasy QB.

Yes, I got McFadden in late 2nd round. I wanted to go WR in the 2nd, but I couldn't pass up on that value there.

I have Romo as a Top 5 QB this year. The numbers could be staggering...

And they'd be even better IF he got to play the Dallas safeties twice a year!
