I was wondering if I should grade some of the nicer older stuff like 1988-89 Topps Glossies. They're NM-M +, but would ppl take my word for it?

I have close to 1500 + feedback and 100% rating.

Thanks.

Totally depends on the card and the pop reports in my opinion.

DO you have scans of the cards you want to have graded
Plenty of Ripken colelctors here. If oyu want to sell soem of your stuff list what you have in the transaction section, and you will find some interest.

The only ones worth grading are probably the RCs and the older condition sensitive sets like '86 Topps, '87 Donruss, etc. Have someone with PSA or Beckett registry access take a look for you to see which ones might be worth grading and which ones already have so many graded examples that you would just be throwing money away

Before you do any grading, I'd be interested in ANY Ripkens I don't already have.

You have a list?

Yes I do Russ. Thing is the majority of my stuff you don't have 'cause it's older and I don't have any price guide for those. The ones I have are 10 yrs old or more.

So what i'll do is just scan what I have and let you or others pick out what you need. Sound fair?

Sorry for the delay but researching older stuff is brutal.

A List will be fine.

I've been collecting Ripken since '87.

I have close to 1900 different Ripkens. I have everything on excel that I have, so all I'll have to do is compare lists.
If I need a scan, i'll let you know. ;)
