Am I jumping the gun by thinking that next year the O's dont end in last and that Toronto will be the cellar dwellers?

I don't and I'm not being biased. And I'm actually talking about if by some miracle they sign Holliday (I don't even have my hopes up for that like I did Teixeira).

I mean if they sign Holliday, big IF...this could be their lineup...

2B - Roberts
RF - Markakis
CF - Jones
LF/DH - Holliday
C - Wieters
1B/LF - Reimold
DH/LF/1B - Scott/Wigginton
3B - Atkins
SS - Izturis

Millwood, Guthrie, Matuz, Tillman, and Bergensen rotation with Mike Gonzalez as the closer.

They are not going to finish 1st or 2nd, but I don't see 3rd being a stretch with that lineup.

I think Toronto still finishes ahead...even with the loss of Halladay, they still have pretty good pitching. I guess it also depends on how well lind, hill, snider, and wells (expecting at least some sort of rebound) perform.

There goes Josh Bell's chances of playing :?
Atkins is just a short term fill until Bell is ready.
Don't worry Prospecting boy!

I mean, yeah. That sucks. Dump your Bell's to me.... :)

All in all the O's are making some good moves. Wish I could say the same for the Mets.

Maybe in another division that line up would finish in top 3, but in the AL East it looks like 4th to me.

Hey we'll see. It won't surprise me if they finish 4th. Won't surprise me if they finished 3rd either.
