Hey all,

I think I have some sort of a virus, my performance has been pretty weak lately... any recommendations for a reliable (and ideally free) Virus Scanner?

I'm not a computer "geek", but I really like AVG.

I would suggest going to lavasoft.com and downloading Adaware. Easy to use, and should clear up most if not all of the preformance problems

yeah, because noone cares about Macs enough to make viruses to attack them. ;)

AVG is what i use for virus, and I use malwarebytes and spybot search and destroy for spyware. Weekly scans on malwarebytes and spybot, daily scan for AVG.

AVG, Spybot, Spywareblaster, and Snoopfree. Abit of keylogger protection thrown in there.
