Got this in the mail today from Randy Couture! Only took about a week and a half to get back to me too (I sent it to his gym).

Still training, but mainly just bag work at Golds Gym. My competition days are behind me. :cry:

Oh, come on now. Jiu-Jitsu is for life....even competition! :D

How old are you? I can't remember if you just boxed or were also competing in MMA.

One of my close friends, and training partners, is 34 years old and he will have his first Muay Thai fight in April, and first MMA fight in June.

I don't believe in the age thing that much, depending on how you take care of yourself.

I agree. The problem is that I really don't have the time these days to commit 100% for a fight. I also have a lot of injuries from over the years.
