I've done both. I'm 30 now, and won't stop training but no more all out mma. I may consider a grappling tournament though!

One of my close friends, and training partners, is 34 years old and he will have his first Muay Thai fight in April, and first MMA fight in June.

I don't believe in the age thing that much, depending on how you take care of yourself.

I agree. The problem is that I really don't have the time these days to commit 100% for a fight. I also have a lot of injuries from over the years.
