OT - Ebay / Paypal Strangeness

Has eBay and paypal changed their policies and terms of service? Today when I tried to log in to eBay it said that I needed to enter my credit card number in order to log in. Paypal did the same. I am sure as heck not going to enter my credit card info again. They already have it on file.

Do I have a virus or a worm that my security software isn't picking up?

Not until 2011... just tried my bank... I think my computer is screwed up. My bank should not be asking for my credit card number.

I suggest you get an anti-virus program pronto and scan. If it is something on your computer, it could always pull the information saved on your computer as well, such as the credit card you entered before.
