Well I've got 2 more to post here!

Recieved this yesterday from a great member that didn't leave me a name to post, so thank you whoever sent out this package. It contained a few inserts for my Blyleven and Williams PC's, and a 93 finest Puckett which oddly enough I never picked up. I have 2 93 finest refractors but never snatched up a base, so thank you so very much for that!

Secondly, this has to be one of the coolest things I've ever recieved.

Dano was nice enough to send about 18 cards out to me in February for my 1957 topps set. At this time he said it was an early birthday present and that he had something special he was working on for me. I was happy with the 57's, but when I opened his package last week I was floored by the gesture and creativity of the gift.

Needless to say, I'll let the card speak for itself:

I just think this is one of the coolest things I've recieved or seen on the boards. For someone to get argueably my favorite player of all time to personalize a birthday gift for me is just unreal.

Thanks again Dano, this was a great idea and I hope my reaction has met or exceeded your expectations

I'm glad you liked those. That's funny about the Puckett. That was just a "What the heck. It's just taking up room on my desk" add in. Glad that you could use it.

And I definately got trumped by the Blyleven personalized auto!! That is SWEET!

That Blyleven was as much fun for me to put together for you as it was for you to receive. I sent a note asking him to do it and got a the response you see. Obviously a great signer, player and person!
