Who would have thought I had the most expensive clothes hanger (chair) in the world in my office for 3 years. I'm thinking about going into the yard sale/flea market business.

Thanks, I think the first buyer is feeling pretty stupid right now. He could have had it for $800 cheaper. Not to mention Ebay took my side and is refunding my listing fee's.

how come auction has been deleted?

I just got an email from Ebay that someone bid on the auction using someone elses account. I dunno, but it wasn't the winner of the auction. I have never had so much trouble selling something. I've talked to the gentleman that won the chair and he's mailing a check in the morning. He's a 80+ year old man from Calfornia.

Congrats man! Glad you got the chair sold! So, you will not be protected by ebay if something goes wrong since the listing was removed?

I guess not. I remeber why I don't use Ebay anymore. Anyways, the old man sounded pretty legit. He even told me to keep the chair until the check cleared. He just wants to chair.

Here is the exact email I got.
