OT: Highest bowling score ever?

I have a 165 avg. and I have bowled only over 200
8 times in my long bowling career
Highest game was 221 and I hit 200 exactly 3 times

I used to be in a league before i moved to Portland a year ago. A couple of my friends who went to school with me and we formed a team. We were pretty good. My high was 186 before i stopped. Aride, where do you bowl? Im looking for a place to start. Im in SE Portland

I am in a league since the summer. I got into it. My average is at 168 (was up to 172). My high game is 223. I have not gone for 2 weeks though because of all the snow we have had in Portland though.

I bowled in high school by throwing the ball with two hands down the lane in high school. Bowling is very bad for your throwing arm, especially if you add any spin to the ball. My highest is about 160ish

It never effected me as I was a dominant pitcher as well.

I'm kidding. But, I bowled once during the season, and i couldn't throw the next day at practice.I could lift weights etc. and my arm was fine, but the bowling ball put some weird pressure on my arm that made it hard to throw. I never did it again.

I bowl twice a week. once on saturday and once on tuesday. I dont seem to have any problems throwing the next day..maybe its just me cause I dont do anything the way pitchers are suppose to. I dont ice at all, dont put jacket on arm between innings ect... but, never had any arm problems at all. not even soreness really.

anyway my high game is I think 236? I average around 170..

A while back before a few injuries side lined me I had a 190+ Average I have 1-700 series i had a high game of 299

Takes many hours of practice to be good at bowling
I had one awesome year I won the southern district All around Championship as well as the County All around Championship.
I should define all around 3 games in a 5 man team 3 games in doubles and 3 games in Singles

My highest game ever was a 258. At the time my average was 158 so I got a watch, a 100 pins over average patch, and a 600 series patch for that same series.

High Game: 300 (3)
High Series: 826 (262, 300, 264)

One year I was bowling in a 5 man Swiss tournament and shot a 298 thinking great I can get some cash back.. Wrong there were a couple of 300's that game so I didn't even win a high game pot..

One of my 300's, I shot in the league roll-off bowling against a team that consisted of 3 PBA members.. I shot 300 the first game and we ended up winning the league and a few grand for first..

Here's a nice little item I have from when I helped run the Tacoma Masters for the local association.. I had him autograph it since he was in town to do the TV commentating.
