Is there a free way that I can take the music off my iPod and get it on my computer? I download iDump and it says I need the latest version but the latest version doesn't work either.

All I can find is versions that take only 100 songs off it or only half the songs and to take all the songs off I have to pay $20. So does anyone know of a free program that can help me?

I just went through this same thing when I bought a new computer. Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be an easy and free way as Apple assumes you're trying to steal the music.

I bought a program for $20 at Best Buy called TunePlus. Was very easy and well worth it.

iDump is a free program and is really easy to use, however it's not working for me right now.
