I once sold a amazon gift card for one dollar over its value. You can do that, because if someone wants an item on amazon, and they want to pay with thier paypal balance, they will buy a gift card on ebay, because amazon does not accept paypal.

You can use the paypal plug-in to shop anywhere with paypal. It generates a CC number and takes it out of your balance. I can understand some gift cards going over for the convenience, but this is retarded, considering you can use paypal on itunes anyway.

Yeah the iTunes thing is just stupid. iTunes allows you to purchase with your Paypal account already, not to mention the fact that you can purchase online certificates and have them emailed to others as a gift if needed.
