OT: Is my sig too big?

Just want to make sure I don't screw up anyone's threads. I know image size (kb) it should fit the requirements, but is it too long for anyone thus making you scroll from left to right? It doesn't for me, but probably only because of the resolution I have it set at.

Edit: made it shorter, I have to work with photoshop to make it look less distorted when resizing. Thanks for all the opinions.

Ok fixed, it distorts the image to make it smaller, but I think it still gets its point across.

Same size.And my screen is 24" so its the image size.
