It's still awaiting NFLPA* approval, but it should. Facilities can open as early as Saturday. The HOF Game has been called off.

HOF Game is called off.... but what about a skills challenge involving the HOF players so people have something to look forward too.
Of course some of the old timers wouldnt be able to do much... but Emmitt, Faulk, Elway, Montana, Aikman, Deion, Young, Rice, Sharpe, Moon, Monk, Marino, Kelly, Irvin and anyone else who could perform.

In an interview on ESPN radio Steve Rutherford is saying that the players feel the owners "tried to pull a fast one" on them, and that this sentiment is being echoed amongst all the players who are familiar with the negotiations.
